Out of Area Policy

1.      Patients that move out of the Ottershaw Surgery catchment area (below) will be asked to re-register within 30 days at their local practice (of their choice).

2.      Traditionally when the local population was stable some patients were allowed to remain a patient at Ottershaw Surgery if they moved out of the catchment area locally if agreed by the Practice Partners.

However due to an exponential growth in the practice list size, patients that move address out of the catchment area when they were already out of the catchment area, will be asked to re-register at a local practice within 30 days or be deducted by the Practice. There are no exceptions.
