Privacy Notice for Sleepstation

Our Primary Care Network have commissioned Born Digital Health Limited (trading as Sleepstation) to provide services for patients registered with Ottershaw Surgery. Patients who present to the GP Practice with issues related to sleep will be advised to self‑refer to Sleepstation via their website.

As this service is accessed via self‑referral, the Practice will not routinely pass patient data to Sleepstation. The Practice will only provide Sleepstation with access to patient data when Sleepstation provide evidence of valid explicit consent having been obtained from that patient.
